- If you want to stop auto-renewal, select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND CONTINUOUS PROTECTION.
- Share the reason for cancelling the automatic renewal of your Bitdefender subscription in the drop-down menu.
- Next, tap on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND CONTINUOUS PROTECTION.
- As a last step, click one more time on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND CONTINUOUS PROTECTION to confirm your action.
- In your Bitdefender Central account, the status of the automatic renewal option will be updated instantly. And on your email address, you will receive an email confirming that the auto-renewal for your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
TIP 3: Manage Space Without Buying More Seats
A single Bitdefender subscription has a limited number of slots where you can install Bitdefender on multiple devices. If you have used all your slots and want to add another subscription to your Bitdefender account, you can buy more slots. Also, you can transfer a set if you don’t want to choose the former one and the latest one. Then you can remove a device you are no longer using from Bitdefender Central. After that, a slot will automatically become available for a new device. To do that:

- Navigate to the MY Devices section and select the device you want to remove.

- Tap REMOVE and select REMOVE to confirm it.
